only positive today

the evil cat people are moving out !!!! :) meow!!!!!!!!!!!!
and so is Ron today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and i have a decrease in my rent from my landlord !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
